A 50% deposit holds your date and we confirm availability on WhatsApp. Book at least 45 days before your event (60 days recommended); under 45 days is subject to availability, as our own events get priority.

Book at least 45 days before your event, and 60 days is recommended. Our own events get priority, so hire is scheduled around them. 45 days or more lets us guarantee your stock, crew and delivery; under 45 days is subject to availability.
What does the price include?
The driver, crew or operator for the hours shown, their transport and our equipment. Parking, ERP and venue loading fees are charged at cost.
Is GST charged?
No. Alangkaar rental prices are not subject to GST.
